Legal Disclaimer:

I am biased towards my sponsors. I own shares in all sponsored companies.  My credibility is based on finding the best performing sponsors and that is why I own the companies. You must do your own due diligence and realize that small cap stocks is a high risk area with the potential of high reward as well.  Many of our companies have been top performers in the past however one must remember that past performance does not guarantee future results.  None of the sponsors have any control over the content and all opinions are my own.  I choose when and if to write a post on a company if I feel it is of value to my subscribers.  I bear no responsibility for losses from the use of this website.  I write posts on small cap junior companies which are risky!  Information from these articles are based on company presentations and filings.  I believe these sources to be accurate but can't guarantee it.  I am in no way encouraging you to buy or sell a security or commodity based on my opinions.

I only publish a fraction of my research on this website.  In addition to having sponsors, I have a premium email service where subscribers get all my content that is not on the website.  Not all of my content is published on my website.  These subscribers pay me $25 a month or $250 a year to have full access to everything I publish.

I make direct investments into sponsored companies either in the market or through Private Placements and am sometimes offered options as an incentive for consulting services.  Sponsors do not pay me to write a bullish report but they do pay me to advertise on my website.  Sponsors allow me to publish free articles to my readers.  These articles help build awareness of my premium service and the sponsor companies profiles.  Although I try to be very selective of sponsor companies, readers must not see these articles as unbiased.  I am biased towards my sponsors.

The current sponsor rates are $7500 for one quarter, $12,000 for six months or $18,000 for one year.  I have a limit of 20 sponsors at one time.  Sponsor companies may also pay for expenses related to mine visits or conference attendance.

It is important to remember I may sell shares for a profit or a loss without notice to subscribers.  I buy and sell based on technical rules which I attempt to teach my subscribers to adhere.

If you have any questions you can contact me at anytime by email.

You should fully understand all the risks before investing in small cap stocks.  I am not a registered financial advisor.  Before investing speak to a registered and reputable broker-dealer with a clean track record.  Make sure to investigate the SEC and FINRA website.  I absolutely do not guarantee that companies or commodities will perform as I expect.  There are so many variables and risks in this sector.  When investing in small cap speculative stocks one can lose their entire investment.  I may include forward looking statements based on company reports or statement from management which may not come to fruition because of so many risks and variables.
